安徽省40家医疗机构解毒药物储备情况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解安徽省二级以上医疗机构解毒药物的储备情况,以便更好地满足临床药物治疗需求。方法:采用问卷调查形式,对安徽省40家二级以上医疗机构进行调查,收集数据,统计分析,并提出建议。结果:共调查医疗机构40家,45%的医院制定了解毒药物相关目录;葡萄糖酸钙等十种常见解毒药存储的医院数最多;大多数医院确定解毒药物储备量的方式相同,并选择将解毒药物存储在两个及两个以上部门。结论:省内解毒药物的储备情况能基本满足医疗需求,但大部分医疗机构的解毒药物管理意识仍有欠缺,尚需制定相关措施解决部分解毒药物储备及供应不足情况。Objective:To investigate and analyze the reserves of antidotes in secondary hospitals of Anhui province and meet the clinical needs of antidotes.Methods:Collect relevant data through questionnaire from 40 secondary medical institutions in Anhui province,analyze the antidotes reserves situation and come up with relevant suggestions.Results:40 medical institutions were investigated.Results show that 45%hospitals have a list of detoxified drugs,10 antidotes such as calcium gluconate are stored in most hospitals.Most hospitals use the same way to determine the amount of the drug's reserves and store antidotes in two or more departments.Conclusion:The stockpile of antidotes can meet the medical needs in Anhui province,but most medical institutions are still lacking in the management consciousness of antidotes and it is necessary to make relevant measures to solve the shortage of antidotes reserves and supply.
