PFNA治疗高龄股骨粗隆间不稳定型骨折效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用PFNA治疗高龄股骨粗隆间不稳定型骨折的效果。方法:选择在某医院就诊的70例股骨粗隆间不稳定型骨折的高龄患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组35例,对照组患者进行股骨头置换治疗,实验组患者则给予PFNA(股骨近端防旋髓内钉)治疗。两组患者手术护理等措施均一致。观察两组患者手术时间、疗效、疼痛缓解时间、术后恢复时间、老人手术满意度、并发症发生率。结果:实验组患者的手术时间、疼痛缓解时间、术后恢复时间均短于对照组,疗效和手术满意度明显高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PFNA治疗老年患者的股骨粗隆间不稳定型骨折具有手术时间短、疼痛缓解时间、术后恢复时间短、并发症少及患者满意度高的特点,临床疗效较好,适合临床应用推广。Objective:To explore the effect of PFNA in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly.Methods:Take 70 elderly patients with unstable intertrochanter fractures in Hospital as sample and randomly divided them into experimental group(n=35)and control group(n=35).The control group was treated with femoral head replacement.The experimental group was treated with PFNA(proximal circumflex intramedullary nail).The nursing care of the two groups was the same.The operation time,curative effect,pain relief time,postoperative recovery time,surgical satisfaction and incidence of complications were observed.Results:the operation time,pain relief time and postoperative recovery time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the curative effect and surgical satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the complications were less than those in the control group.It was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of unstable intertrochanter fracture with PFNA has the characteristics of shorter operation time,pain relief time,shorter postoperative recovery time,less complications and higher satisfaction with the elderly patients.the clinical effect is good and is low and is suitable for clinical promotion.
