骨搬移术结合负压冲洗治疗胫骨骨髓炎的护理对策探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在骨搬移术结合负压冲洗治疗胫骨骨髓炎中的效果。方法:对医院收治的80例胫骨骨髓炎病例进行分析,按照住院单双号分组,单号40例为对照组,双号40例为观察组。两组患者均进行骨搬移术结合负压冲洗治疗,对照组患者实施常规围术期护理干预,观察组患者实施舒适护理。观察两组患者创口I期愈合情况,统计并发症发生情况。结果:随访半年,观察组患者I期愈合率显著高于对照组,且观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对实施骨搬移术结合负压冲洗治疗的胫骨骨髓炎患者采取舒适护理干预,可促进患者创口愈合,减少并发症的发生,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the comfortable nursing in bone removal combined with negative pressure washing effect of the treatment shinbone osteomyelitis.Methods:According to the grouping standard set for the hospital,80 cases treated with tibia osteomyelitis were analyzed.The grouping,the 40 cases of odd number is set as control group and the 40 cases of even number is set as observation group.Both groups were treated with bone removal combined with negative pressure washing.The control group was treated with conventional perioperative nursing intervention.The observation group was treated with comfortable nursing.Observe the wounding healing of both groups and the occurrence of complicaitons.Results:followed up for six months,the observation group stage I healing rate is significantly higher than the control group,statistics shows that in observation group of patients suffered from complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of bone removal combined with negative pressure washing treatment shinbone osteomyelitis patients taking the comfortable nursing intervention can promote wound healing and reduce various complications and is worthy of promotion.
