心理护理对美沙酮维持治疗患者效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理对美沙酮维持治疗患者的治疗效果。方法:将81例海洛因依赖患者作为研究组予以美沙酮治疗治疗并进行心理护理3个月,与其人口学资料相匹配的74例海洛因依赖患者作为对照组仅予以美沙酮维持治疗,经过3个月分组治疗结束时统计两组患者脱失人数、尿检结果、就业情况,以及心理护理结束半年以后的脱失人数。结果:在心理护理3个月后,心理护理组患者尿检阳性率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而就业率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),心理护理结束后半年,心理干预组脱失率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理对于预防患者脱失的短期和长期效果均较显著。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing on rehabilitation of patients with methadone maintenance treatment.Methods:take 74 MPHD as observation group treated with both Methadone treatment and psychological nursing for three months and 81 demography-matched MPHD as control group treated with only Methadone treatment.when the psychological nursing was finished,analyze the number of dropout,urine test reuslts and employment and analyze again half a year later.Results:At the end of a three-month psychological nursing treatment,the number of positive urine toxicology screening tests patients of psychological nursing group was significantly more than control group.the difference between the two groups showed statistically significant(P<0.05),But the employment of psychological nursing group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).After six months of psychotherapy,the number of dropout patients in psychological nursing group was significantly less than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing play an important role in short-term and long-term prevent heroin addicts from relapse again.
