摘  要:目的:探讨网络教学法在ICU低年资护士临床带教管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年ICU低年资护士51例为研究对象,分为对照组(26例)和观察组(25例)。对照组采取传统带教方法教学,观察组在传统带教方法的基础上联合网络教学法辅助教学。比较两组低年资护士理论及操作考核成绩、对带教老师综合评价及临床综合能力。结果:观察组低年资护士的理论及操作考核成绩、对带教老师综合评价及临床综合能力均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:网络教学法在ICU低年资护士带教中有助于提高学习积极性和教学互动性,促进师生关系和谐,提高教学质量,提高临床综合能力,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of the network teaching method on the clinical teaching management of junior nurses in ICU.Methods:A total of 51 ICU junior nurses working in 2018 were selected and divided into the control group with 26 cases and the observation group with 25 cases.The control group was taught by the traditional teaching method,and the observation group was taught with traditional teaching method combined with the network teaching method.Compare the theoretical and operational assessment scores of the two groups of junior nurses as well as the comprehensive evaluation of teachers and the comprehensive clinical ability.Results:The theoretical and operational assessment scores of the junior nurses in the observation group,the comprehensive evaluation of teachers and the comprehensive clinical ability were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The network teaching method helps to improve learning enthusiasm and teaching interaction in the ICU junior nurses,promote the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,improve teaching quality,improve clinical comprehensive ability,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
