摘　　要：目的:研究循证护理对HELLP综合征的孕产妇提出护理问题制定相对应的护理措施,以减少产后并发症,提高满意度。方法:选取80例妊娠合并子痫前期重度并发HELLP综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用产科一般护理常规,观察组采用循证护理。结果:运用循证护理,采取有效的护理措施,减少了产妇和新生儿的并发症,预后均良好,满意度显著提升。结论:HELLP综合征的孕产妇采用循证护理可有效改善妊娠结局,减少了并发症的发生,对于许多重症产妇的护理,能提高护理质量,在临床应用中能广泛的开展。Objective:To study the use of evidence-based nursing in maternal nursing of HELLP syndrome,and to develop corresponding nursing measures to reduce postpartum complications and increase satisfaction.Methods:80 pregnant patients with severe preeclampsia complicated with HELLP syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 40 cases.The control group adopted the general obstetric care routine and the observation group adopted the evidence-based nursing.Results:Using evidence-based nursing and taking effective nursing measures,the complications of maternal and newborn were reduced,the prognosis was good and the satisfaction was improved.Conclusion:The use of evidence-based nursing in pregnant women with HELLP syndrome can effectively improve the outcome of pregnancy,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of care for many severe mothers,and can be widely used in clinical applications.
