中重度卵巢过度刺激综合征患者的综合护理干预效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对中重度卵巢过度刺激综合征患者的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析85例中重度卵巢过度刺激综合征患者的诱因、临床表现、治疗、护理和预后等临床资料。结果:85例患者经过综合治疗后,2例患者因诱发多脏器功能损害而终止妊娠,18例患者行腹水或胸水穿刺,其中16例患者行2次及以上腹水或胸水穿刺,最长住院时间为45天,平均住院时间为(7.87±2.52)天,其余83例患者住院期间均无卵巢蒂扭转、急性呼吸窘迫综合征、深静脉血栓形成、多脏器衰竭等严重并发症,均痊愈出院。结论:通过扩容、利尿、输白蛋白、预防性使用抗凝剂及综合护理干预的综合治疗方法能有效改善患者的临床症状、预防相关并发症、促进患者早日康复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with moderate and severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.Method:The causes,clinical manifestations,treatment,nursing and prognosis of 85 patients with moderate and severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome admitted to hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Result:After comprehensive treatment,2 of the 85 cases with multiple organ function damage induced termination of pregnancy,18 cases with ascites or pleural effusion puncture,16 of whom underwent two or more ascites and pleural effusion puncture,the longest length of hospital stay was 45 days,the average time was(7.87±2.52)days,The remaining 83 patients were all cured and discharged without serious complications such as torsion of the pedicle of ovary,acute respiratory distress syndrome,deep vein thrombosis,and multiple organ failure.Conclusion:Through dilation,diuresis,albumin transfusion,preventive use of anticoagulant and comprehensive nursing intervention of comprehensive treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,prevent related complications,promote the recovery of patients at an early date.
