摘　　要：通过总结安徽省淮北市2014年报告的1例埃博拉出血热留观病例的流行病学调查和处置经验,为今后处理相关输入性新发传染病提供科学处置范式。采用流行病学调查方法调查留观病例的相关信息,通过实验室检测患者血液标本中的埃博拉病毒和疟原虫情况,并且落实好对患者的隔离治疗、环境消毒以及与其密切接触者医学观察等措施,加强早期监测和早期预警,同时要落实好部门间信息互通和联防联控措施。Through summarizing epidemiological investigation and handling for one case of Ebola hemorrhagic fever under observation in 2014 in Huaibei,Anhui Province,provide a scientific treatment paradigm for relevant imported emerging infectious diseases in the future.gather epidemiological data and investigate laboratory data on Ebola virus and Plasmodium in blood specimen,implement effective measures such as isolation treatment,environmental disinfection and medical monitoring for close contacts.more attention shall be paid to early monitoring and alarm,as well as inter-department information exchange and joint prevention and control.
