摘  要:目的:采用心房内心电图引导技术将PICC导管置入,对其中的并发症、发生原因及处理对策展开分析。方法:选取60例行肿瘤术后化疗的患者作为研究对象,应用心电图引导定位技术进行PICC导管置入,完成后实施X线定位检查,并观察其中出现的并发症,分析影响因素探讨处理对策。结果:研究定位成功率达95%,置管时长(24.41±5.40)min,导管留置时间(5.32±3.56)d,在置管后1个月进行随访,有6例患者发生静脉炎,置管时长及导管留置时间与该技术运用前对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在应用心房内心电图引导定位技术将PICC导管置入时需要先准确评估患者心电图,掌握该方法置管技巧,才能降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the complications,causes and treatment strategies of PICC catheter implantation by using atrial electrocardiogram guidance technology.Methods:60 patients undergoing chemotherapy after cancer surgery in Guizhou Aerospace Hospital were selected as the research objects.The PICC catheter was implanted by electrocardiogram-guided positioning technology.After the PICC catheter was implanted,X-ray positioning was performed,and the complications were observed.The influencing factors were analyzed and the countermeasures were discussed.Results:The success rate of localization was 95%.The duration of indwelling catheter and indwelling catheter time were(24.41±5.40)min and(5.32±3.56)d,respectively.After one month of follow-up after indwelling catheter,phlebitis occurred in 6 patients.The length of indwelling catheter and indwelling catheter time were compared with those before using this technique,P<0.05.Conclusion:In order to reduce the incidence of complications,it is necessary to accurately evaluate patients'ECG and master the technique of catheterization by using atrial electrocardiogram(AECG)guided positioning technique to insert PICC catheter.
