摘  要:利用溶胶-凝胶法制备出纳米ZnO,通过丁达尔现象、XRD、SEM、谢乐公式对样品进行了结构表征;分别测定了自制纳米ZnO、普通ZnO、市售纳米ZnO与盐酸的摩尔反应焓,求得三种ZnO的25℃的标准摩尔生成焓;利用分光光度法研究上述三种不同微观尺寸ZnO样品对酸性红水溶液的超声催化降解反应的动力学。实验结果表明,材料的尺度和结构对其性质有显著的影响。本实验以纳米氧化锌为主线,内容涉及纳米材料的制备与表征、热力学和动力学实验,可作为一个基础性和研究性兼具的物理化学综合性新实验。Nano-sized Zinc oxide was prepared by sol-gel synthetic method and its structure has been characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),and X-ray Diffraction(XRD),Tyndall effect and Scherrer formula.The standard molar enthalpies of formation of the synthetic nano ZnO,commercial nano ZnO and bulk ZnO samples were obtained by measuring the reaction enthalpies of ZnO with hydrochloric acid.The degradation of Acid Red aqueous solution in the presence of the three kinds of ZnO samples,respectively,under ultrasonic irradiation has been detected by UV-vis spectra and the catalytic kinetic properties has also been studied.The thermodynamic and kinetic properties of the three kinds of ZnO samples have been compared with their microstructure sizes.The theories and technics of this experiment are involving nanoscience,thermodynamic,and kinetic.This experiment can be designed as a new comprehensive and feasible experiment for undergraduates.
