摘　　要：为解决现有所使用的包装箱容易损坏、成一次性包装产品、极大地浪费了木材资源等问题,设计和制作提供耐火材料制品包装并回收利用的环保型密实包装箱。经过性能试验,表明该包装箱具有抗挤压、抗跌落、防扭矩力、增强保护包装件的优良性能。该包装箱侧板可向四周翻转,便于装卸、回收,不占空间,可重复多次利用,避免资源浪费,属于节约资源和环保型包装箱,从而获得降本增效的良好效果。In order to solve the problems of easy damage,one-time packaging products and great waste of wood resources,the environmental friendly compact packaging box is designed and manufactured to provide packaging and recycling of refractory products.The performance test shows that the box has excellent properties of anti-extrusion,anti-drop,anti-torque and strengthening the protection of packaging parts.The side plate of the packing box can be turned around,which is convenient for loading and unloading,recycling,space-saving,reusable and avoiding waste of resources.It belongs to the resource-saving and environment-friendly packaging box,thus achieving good results of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
