摘　　要：目的探讨保留残端前交叉韧带重建对膝关节前交叉韧带重建术患者关节功能的改善效果。方法回顾性分析2016年6月至2018年9月在本院治疗的58例关节镜下膝关节前交叉韧带重建术患者的临床资料,依据是否保留残端前交叉韧带重建,将其分为非保留组(29例)与保留组(29例),比较两组关节功能与关节稳定性。结果术后3个月,保留组患者各项目Lysholm膝关节评分均高于非保留组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后各时间段,保留组患者KT-2000值均低于非保留组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节前交叉韧带重建术患者术中接受保留残端前交叉韧带重建,利于提高关节功能,改善关节稳定性。Objective To investigate the effect of reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction on the joint function of patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods The clinical data of 58 patients undergoing arthroscopic knee anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction from June 2016 to September 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether the reconstruction of the stump anterior cruciate ligament was preserved,it was divided into non-the retention group(29 cases)and the retention group(29 cases),joint function and joint stability were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months,the Lysholm knee scores of the patients in the retention group were higher than those in the non-reserved group(P<0.05).The KT-2000 values in the retention group were lower than the non-reserved group at each time period,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with residual stump is helpful to improve joint function and improve joint stability.
