一种新型手术剪清洗消毒装置在消毒供应中心的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析新型手术剪清洗消毒装置在消毒供应中心的应用效果。方法从2017年1月至2019年1月本院消毒供应中心待处理的污染后手术剪中抽选510件,采用数字随机分配法将其分为两组。实验组256件,采取新型手术剪清洗消毒装置处理,对照组254件,采取常规清洗消毒方式处理,对比两组临床应用效果。结果实验组手术剪咬合面(98.05%)、表面(100.00%)、关节轴(95.70%)、齿槽(97.27%)等隐血检测合格率均明显高于对照组(87.01%、92.52%、83.07%、85.43%),且实验组手术剪关节及齿牙光洁清洗、污垢清洗、损毁、血渍清洗、锈斑清洗等评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心手术剪清洗消毒当中采取新型手术剪清洗消毒装置能够有效提高清洗质量,减少手术感染发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of new surgical scissors cleaning and disinfection device in disinfection supply center.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,510 pieces of contaminated surgical scissors to be treated in the disinfection supply center of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by digital random distribution method.256 cases in the experimental group were treated with new surgical scissors cleaning and disinfection device,254 cases in the control group were treated with conventional cleaning and disinfection method,and the clinical application effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,the occlusion blood test results of the occlusal surface(98.05%),the surface(100.00%),the joint axis(95.70%),and the alveolar(97.27%)were significantly higher than those of the control group(87.01%,92.52%,83.07%,85.43%),and the scores of surgical scissors and teeth cleaning,dirt cleaning,damage,blood stain cleaning and rust cleaning in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking a new type of surgical scissors cleaning and disinfection device in the disinfection and supply center can effectively improve the cleaning quality and reduce the incidence of surgical infection,which is worthy of clinical application.
