浓氯化钠注射液湿敷联合氦-氖冷光源照射治疗产后会阴水肿的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨浓氯化钠注射液湿敷联合氦-氖冷光源照射治疗产后会阴水肿的治疗效果。方法选取2011年5月至2018年5月期间本院收治的150例阴道分娩产后会阴水肿患者,按照患者入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组患者采取浓氯化钠注射液湿敷治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加氦-氖冷光源照射治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效及治愈时间。结果观察组临床有效率为96%,对照组临床有效率为76%,观察组明显比对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治愈时间(2.76±1.05)d明显比对照组治愈时间(3.58±1.36)d更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取浓氯化钠注射液湿敷联合氦-氖冷光源照射治疗产后会阴水肿临床疗效显著,能有效缩短治疗时间,值得临床广泛应用及推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of concentrated sodium chloride injection wet compress combined with He-Ne cold light irradiation on postpartum perineal edema.Methods 150 patients with perineal edema after vaginal delivery admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to May 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,75 cases in each group.The control group patients were treated with concentrated sodium chloride injection wet compress.The observation group patients were treated with He-Ne cold light source irradiation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and cure time of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96%,and that of the control group was 76%.The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cure time of the observation group(2.76±1.05)d was significantly shorter than that of the control group(3.58±1.36)d.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wet compress with concentrated sodium chloride injection combined with He-Ne cold light source irradiation is effective in the treatment of postpartum perineal edema,which can effectively shorten the treatment time and is worthy of wide clinical application and promotion.
