超普疝装置经腹膜前间隙修补治疗腹股沟疝的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析对腹股沟疝患者采用超普疝装置经腹膜前间隙修补治疗的效果及影响。方法选取本院于2016年1月至2018年6月收治的100例腹股沟疝患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。其中对照组予以充填式无张力疝修补治疗术,观察组则予以超普疝装置疝修补治疗术。对比两组患者各项手术指标的完成情况以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果经术后结果显示,观察组患者手术时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为2.00%,对照组术后并发症发生率为12.0%,两组相较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腹股沟疝患者的治疗过程中,予以超普疝装置经腹膜前间隙修补治疗术的方式,缩短患者的手术时间和住院时间,可降低其术后并发症的发生率,值得临床借鉴实施。Objective To explore the effect and influence of preperitoneal hernioplasty with super-universal hernia device on inguinal hernia patients.Methods 100 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tension-free hernioplasty,while the observation group was treated with super-universal hernioplasty.Compare the two groups of patients with the completion of various surgical indicators and the occurrence of postoperative complications.Results The results showed that the operation time,hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.00%,while that in the control group was 12.0%,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of inguinal hernia patients,the way of super-universal hernia repair through pre-peritoneal space can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time of patients,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical reference and implementation.
