蔡小荪化瘀散结法结合中药灌肠对子宫内膜异位症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析蔡小荪化瘀散结法结合中药灌肠对子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法选取2016年5月至2018年6月本院收治的60例子宫内膜异位症患者进行研究分析,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,对照组患者给予醋酸甲羟孕酮加上二联抗生素丹那唑进行治疗,观察组患者给予蔡小荪化瘀散结法结合中药灌肠进行治疗。回顾性研究两组患者的临床资料,分析蔡小荪化瘀散结法结合中药灌肠对子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者的临床总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组患者(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蔡小荪化瘀散结法结合中药灌肠治疗子宫内膜异位症可以获得理想疗效,可以有效减轻患者临床症状,消除病灶,抑制包块生长。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Cai Xiaosun's method of removing blood stasis and dispersing stagnation combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema on endometriosis.Methods 60 patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to June 2018 were selected for study and analysis.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate plus danazole,the patients in observation group were treated with Cai Xiaosun Huayu.Loose knot method combined with Chinese medicine enema for treatment.The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively studied.The clinical efficacy of Cai Xiaosun Huayu Sanjie method combined with Enema of traditional Chinese medicine on endometriosis was studied.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%)with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Cai Xiaosun's method of removing blood stasis and dispersing obstruction combined with Enema of traditional Chinese medicine can achieve ideal curative effect in treating endometriosis,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,eliminate lesions and inhibit the growth of mass.
