弹性髓内钉内固定并植骨治疗桡骨骨不连的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的对桡骨骨不连患者予以弹性髓内钉内固定并植骨治疗,以此评价弹性髓内钉内固定并植骨治疗的临床效果。方法选择2016年3月至2017年3月桡骨骨不连患者60例,行不同的治疗方式:研究组予以切除硬化骨弹性髓内钉内固定并植骨治疗,对照组予以保守治疗。对组间患者的临床治疗效果、并发症发生率、Anderson评分进行评价。结果研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率(100.00%)明显高于对照组(73.33%),且研究组的并发症发生率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Anderson评分标准发现,研究组存在优、良患者共计20例、10例,优良率为100.00%,其数据指标与对照组(70.00%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对桡骨骨不连患者予以弹性髓内钉内固定并植骨治疗,能够降低患者的组织损伤性和术后并发症发生率,且该种治疗方式的临床治疗效果让人满意,具有高度的内固定强度,值得临床借鉴应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of flexible intramedullary nailing and bone grafting in the treatment of radius nonunion.Methods 60 patients with nonunion of radius were selected and treated with different methods from March 2016 to March 2017.Removal of sclerotic bone elastic intramedullary nail and bone grafting were performed.Conservative treatment was given.The corresponding groups were study group and control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of complications and Anderson score were evaluated.Results The total effective rate(100.00%)of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%).The incidence of complications(6.67%)in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(33.33%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The yield was 100.00%,compared with the control group(70.00%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elastic intramedullary nailing and bone grafting can reduce the incidence of tissue injury and postoperative complications in patients with radius nonunion,and the clinical efficacy of this treatment is satisfactory,with a high degree of internal fixation strength,which is worthy of clinical reference.
