摘　　要：通过区块链技术创造数字货币已经成为改写现有国际货币体系的重要趋势和力量。作为数字货币集大成者,Facebook的Libra可以看成是数字货币的一次升级与优化,自然就会对传统金融管理体制以及时下新型的支付方式带来颠覆性影响,尤其是对各国法定货币形成不小的冲击。但是,由于现实中多国监管力量的强大以及自身所携带的硬伤,Libra最终成为“超主权货币”将异常艰难。不过,由创新基因所决定与驱动,Libra也将不可避免地获得显著的市场影响力以及宽阔的商业应用场景。Creating digital currency through blockchain technology has become an important trend and power to rewrite the existing international currency system.As a synthesizer of digital currency,Facebook's Libra can be regarded as an upgrade and optimization of digital currency,which will naturally have a subversive impact on traditional financial management systems and new types of payment methods,and especially have certain impact on the legal currencies of various countries.However,due to the strong power of multinational supervision in reality and its weakness,it will be extremely difficult for Libra to become a“super-sovereign currency”eventually.However,determined and driven by innovative genes,Libra will inevitably gain significant market influence and broad business application scenarios.
