摘  要:本研究在分析海南省抱伦金矿旋流器沉砂中金矿物特征的基础上,探究了闪速浮选回收旋流器沉砂中金矿物的效果,并考察了闪浮精矿中金矿物的赋存状态。结果表明,异戊基黄药对旋流器沉砂中金矿物捕收效果最佳,当捕收剂用量为100 g/t,浮选时间为90 s时,闪浮精矿品位为1 826.03 g/t,金回收率为74.98%。闪速浮选能够有效回收旋流器沉砂中的游离金及硫化物连生体金,在磨矿-分级回路中引入闪浮流程可有效解决金矿物大量累积而导致的过磨损失问题。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of gold minerals in cyclone sediment of Baolun Gold Mine,Hainan Province,the effect of flash flotation to recover gold minerals from cyclone sediment was investigated,and the occurrence state of gold minerals in cyclone sediment was also investigated.The results show that isoamyl xanthate is the best collector for gold minerals in cyclone sand.When the dosage of collector is 100 g/t and the flotation time is 90 s,the grade of the flotation concentrate is 1 826.03 g/t,and the gold recovery rate is 74.98%.Flash flotation can effectively recover free gold and sulfide associated gold in cyclone sand.The introduction of flash flotation process in grinding-classification circuit can effectively solve the problem of negligent wear caused by large accumulation of gold minerals.
