摘 要:以某淀粉生产企业废水为试验原水,本研究分别采用不同除磷剂、不同助凝剂,并在不同投加比例、pH条件下进行实验室除磷模拟试验,探索适宜的除磷条件。在pH=5条件下,采用聚合硫酸铁作为除磷剂、PAM-857作为助凝剂,当投加药剂摩尔比为3:1时,除磷效果最佳。将该试验结果适当调整后应用于实际工程中,得到良好的处理效果,保证淀粉企业处理出水总磷达标排放。Taking the waste water of a starch production enterprise as the test raw water,different dephosphorization agents and different coagulants were used in this study,and the laboratory phosphorus removal simulation test was carried out under different dosage ratios and pH conditions to explore the suitable phosphorus removal conditions.Under the condition of pH=5,the polymerization of ferric sulfate was used as the dephosphorization agent and PAM-857 was used as the coagulant.When the molar ratio of the dosage was 3:1,the phosphorus removal effect was the best.The test results are properly adjusted and applied to the actual project,and good treatment results are obtained to ensure that the starch enterprises can treat the total phosphorus emission of the effluent.
