摘　　要：山东钢铁集团日照有限公司焦化废水处理采用A2O-AO-生物流化床-臭氧紫外催化氧化-膜法深度处理工艺,反渗透出水用作循环水的补水,反渗透浓水送至综合污水处理厂进行纳滤处理后冲渣处理。该工艺运行稳定,出水指标远优于工业循环再生水标准。本文主要详述了焦化废水处理膜法深度处理单元的开工调试过程以及运行过程中的过程控制要点。The coking wastewater treatment of Shandong Steel Rizhao Co.,Ltd.adopts A2O-AO-bio-fluidized bed-ozone ultraviolet catalytic oxidation-membrane deep treatment process,the reverse osmosis water is used as the hydration water of the circulating water,the reverse osmosis concentrated water is sent to the comprehensive sewage treatment plant for nanofiltration treatment,and then the slag treatment is performed.The process is stable and the effluent index is far superior to the industrial reclaimed water standard.This paper mainly describes the start-up debugging process of the coking wastewater treatment membrane deep processing unit and the process control points during the operation.
