摘　　要：“热酸浸出-黄钾铁矾”是冶金企业普遍采用的湿法炼锌工艺,该工艺存在一些问题,需要进行改造升级。本文介绍了改造该工艺的技术路线,其间分析了焙砂上料系统、浸出系统、银浮选和浮选尾渣过滤系统、回转窑挥发系统、氧化锌浸出系统、回转窑脱氟和氯系统、回转窑渣处理系统的工艺特点。技改完成后,新工艺解决了浸出渣的无害化处理问题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。"Hot acid leaching-jarosite"is a wet zinc smelting process commonly used by metallurgical enterprises.There are some problems in this process,which need to be upgraded and upgraded.This article describes the technical route to retrofit this process.In the meantime,the process characteristics of the baking sand feeding system,the leaching system,the silver flotation and flotation tailings filtration system,the rotary kiln volatilization system,the zinc oxide leaching system,the rotary kiln defluorination and chlorine system,and the rotary kiln slag treatment system were analyzed.After the technical transformation is completed,the new process solves the problem of harmless treatment of the leaching slag and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
