摘 要:针对常规返厂试验检测方法难以有效分析与诊断电容芯受潮引起的套管介损异常变化这一实际问题,以一起500 kV主变油纸电容式套管介损异常增长缺陷诊断为例,介绍了主变油纸电容式套管介损异常诊断方法。在油样分析、绝缘电阻测试、局部放电试验、工频耐压试验等诊断项目无异常的情况下,通过高电压介损—温度特性试验,获得套管介质损耗随电压及温度变化规律。该方法对绝缘介质受潮缺陷诊断的有效性得到了验证。In view of the practical problem that the conventional return plant test is difficult to effectively analyze and diagnose abnormal change of bushing dielectric loss caused by the damp of the capacitor core,taking the fault diagnosis of dielectric loss abnormal growth of oil paper capacitive bushing for 500 kV main transformer as an example,the diagnosis method of abnormal dielectric loss of oil paper capacitive bushing for main transformers is introduced.In the case of no abnormality in oil sample analysis,insulation resistance test,partial discharge test,and frequency resistance test etc.,the variation law with the voltage and the temperature for the bushing dielectric loss is found out through the high voltage dielectric loss and temperature test.The effectiveness of the method for the diagnosis of dielectric damp defect is verified.
