摘　　要：目的进一步提升临床路径覆盖率。方法利用PDCA循环法,分析临床路径实施过程中存在的问题、查找原因、识别要因、提出改进措施,检查改进成效。结果科主任不重视、缺乏专业培训、监督力度不够、信息管理系统不便捷、无对应路径表单及奖惩机制作用不足是影响临床路径覆盖率的主要原因,措施实施后临床路径覆盖率达51.05%。结论通过提高科主任重视程度、制定个性化培训计划、加强环节监管、优化信息管理系统、增加科室管理病种及完善奖惩机制能够进一步提升医院临床路径覆盖率。Objective To further improve clinical path coverage.Methods The PDCA cycle method was used to analyze the problems existing in the implementation of clinical pathways,to find out the causes,identify the causes,propose improvement measures,and check the improvement results.Results The director's lack of attention,lack of professional training,inadequate supervision,inconvenient information management system,lack of corresponding path form and insufficient reward and punishment mechanism are the main reasons affecting the clinical path coverage.The clinical path coverage rate after the implementation of the measures reached 51.05%.Conclusion The clinical path coverage of hospitals can be further improved by improving the degree of attention of the directors,developing personalized training plans,strengthening link supervision,optimizing information management systems,increasing departmental management diseases,and improving reward and punishment mechanisms.
