Objective To investigate the clinical effect of stroke unit medical management mode in the treatment of acute hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease. Methods 72 patients with acute hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our department of neurology were enrolled from December 2017 to February 2019,all patients were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the blind selection method.36 patients in the control group were treated with the general neurology ward management model, and 36 patients in the study group were treated with the stroke unit medical management model. The neurological deficits and improvement of living ability were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of neurological deficit score(NIHSS score)and modified Barther index score(BI)scores were significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment. The NIHSS score and BI score of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stroke unit medical management mode for the treatment of acute hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease can effectively improve the symptoms of neurological deficits and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of in-depth research and promotion in clinical practice.
