摘  要:实行公立医院职业化管理对推动公立医院综合改革,完善医疗服务供给系统治理体系有着重要意义。该文在分析我国有关医院职业化管理的政策沿革的基础上,进而分析我国三种职业化管理主要实践模式。从生成机制、激励约束机制、可持续发展机制三方面,提出新时期推动公立医院职业化管理的政策建议。The implementation of professional management of public hospitals is of great significance to promote the comprehensive reform of public hospitals and improve the governance system of medical service supply systems.Based on the analysis of the policy evolution of hospital professional management in China,this paper analyzes the three main modes of professional management in China.From the three aspects of generation mechanism,incentive and restraint mechanism and sustainable development mechanism,the paper puts forward the policy recommendations for promoting the professional management of public hospitals in the new era.
