National agricultural science and technology park to promote Jiangsu agricultural science and technology innovation

摘  要:目前,江苏建有12家国家农业科技园区。在园区建设中坚持以创新驱动服务“三农”为根本方向,以服务农业增效、农民增收、农村增绿为主攻方向,集成各类科技创新资源要素,强化创新创业、发展特色产业、创新体制机制,园区建设不断取得新进展,极大地推动了江苏农业科技创新工作。但在园区建设中还存在建设标准不统一、支持渠道不稳固、部门协调机制缺乏有效性等问题。文章建议在下一步建设中,要制定统一的园区建设标准、建立稳定的园区支持渠道、建设有效的跨部门协调机制、开展深入的产学研合作,不断推进园区科技创新创业工作。At present,there are 12 national-level agricultural science and technology parks in Jiangsu province.The constructing of the parks has been adhering to the fundamental principles such as serving the agriculture,countryside and farmers with innovation-driven force to achieve enhanced agricultural efficiency,increased peasants’income and a better rural environment.In recent years,Jiangsu has made a lot of effects in integrating various elements of scientific and technological innovation resources,encouraging innovation and to start a business,innovating institutional mechanisms which has led to a great progress for the parks and the agricultural innovation in Jiangsu.However,there are still some problems in the cause of the construction of the parks,such as inconsistent construction standards,unstable support channels,and low coordination efficiency for the different government departments.Thus,it is suggested that the departments should set a unified park construction standard,establish stable funding mechanism,build an effective cross-departmental coordination mechanism,carry out in-depth industry-university-research cooperation to promote the scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship in the parks.
