摘　　要：文章在对就业态度概念界定基础上,以金陵科技学院旅游管理专业毕业班学生为研究对象,从学生的就业心态、就业意愿、就业影响因素3个方面进行问卷调查并对问卷结果进行分析。提出学校提供指导课程,教师对学生就业进行有效引导,各界协助拓宽学生就业信息渠道3个方面提高学生积极的就业态度。On the basis of defining the concept of employment attitude,this paper takes the graduating class of tourism management major in Jinling University of Science and Technology as the research object,and makes a questionnaire survey from three aspects:students’employment mentality,employment willingness and employment influencing factors,and analyzes the results of the questionnaire.To improve students’positive employment attitude,the three aspects are pointed out that the school provides guiding courses,teachers guide students’employment effectively,and all walks of life help to broaden students’employment information channels.
