局部溶栓联合低分子肝素治疗肺栓塞合并肺动脉高压的效果观察

摘　　要：目的对局部溶栓联合低分子肝素治疗肺栓塞合并肺动脉高压的临床效果展开分析与探讨。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月我院肺栓塞合并肺动脉高压患者140例纳入本次研究,以随机分层法为依据将其分为两组,对照组患者实施全身溶栓联合低分子肝素治疗方案,研究组患者实施局部溶栓联合低分子肝素治疗方案,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者的NO、D-二聚体水平与对照组患者相较均明显更低;研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率为94.29%(66/70),明显高于对照组患者的77.14%(54/70),两组相关数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论相较于全身溶栓联合低分子肝素治疗方案,局部溶栓联合低分子肝素治疗方案应用于肺栓塞合并肺动脉高压患者所收获的临床效果更为理想。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of local thrombolysis combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of pulmonary embolism with pulmonary hypertension.Methods 140 patients with pulmonary embolism and pulmonary hypertension were selected and divided into two groups according to random stratification.The control group was treated with systemic thrombolysis combined with low molecular weight heparin.The study group was treated with local thrombolysis combined with low molecular weight heparin.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the levels of NO and D-D in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 94.29%(66/70),which was significantly higher than that in the control group 77.14%(54/70),with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with systemic thrombolysis combined with low molecular weight heparin,local thrombolysis combined with low molecular weight heparin is more effective in the treatment of pulmonary embolism with pulmonary hypertension.
