支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉的护理配合方法与实施心得研究

摘　　要：目的探讨支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉的护理配合方法与实施心得。方法纳入我院2017年3月至2018年7月90例支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉患者,数字表法分组,对照组用普通护理,全方位护理配合组用全方位护理配合。比较效果。结果全方位护理配合组满意程度、生活质量以及发音质量、支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉所需的时间、支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉中患者配合度、支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉引起的并发症方面相比对照组更好,P<0.05。结论支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉患者实施全方位护理配合效果确切。Objective To explore the nursing coordination method and implementation experience of supporting laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal polyp.Methods 90 patients with vocal polyp treated with supportive laryngoscope from March 2017 to July 2018 were included in our hospital.The digital table method was grouped.The control group used general nursing and the omni-directional nursing group used omni-directional nursing.Compare results.Results The satisfaction,quality of life and pronunciation of the comprehensive nursing group,the time needed to support laryngoscope to treat vocal polyp,the degree of coordination of patients in supportive laryngoscope to treat vocal polyp,and the complications caused by supportive laryngoscope to treat vocal polyp were better in the control group than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Support laryngoscope is effective in the treatment of vocal polyp patients.
