西地兰与胺碘酮治疗快速型心房纤颤伴急性左心衰竭的临床效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨西地兰与胺碘酮治疗快速型心房纤颤伴急性左心衰竭的临床对比效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院收治的110例快速型心房纤颤伴急性左心衰竭患者,均经临床检查确诊,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,观察组(n=55)接受胺碘酮治疗,对照组(n=55)接受西地兰,对比两组患者治疗前后心室率和心房颤动疗效以及心功能改善情况。结果治疗前两组患者心室率对比差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者心室率均明显下降,观察组下降更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者心房颤动疗效对比92.73%vs 74.55%差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者心功能改善有效率对比92.73%vs 76.36%差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮较西地兰有效降低心室率,说明胺碘酮较西地兰可有效转复心房颤动,改善心功能,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the clinical effects of cedilanid and amiodarone in the treatment of rapid atrial fibrillation with acute left heart failure.Methods 110 patients with rapid atrial fibrillation and acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The observation group(n=55)received amiodarone treatment,and the control group(n=55)received cedilanid.The ventricular rate,the curative effect of atrial fibrillation and the improvement of cardiac function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ventricular rate between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the ventricular rate of the two groups decreased significantly,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).The curative effect of atrial fibrillation in the two groups was 92.73%vs 74.55%,with significant difference(P<0.05).The effective rate of cardiac function improvement between the two groups was 92.73%vs 76.36%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone can effectively reduce ventricular rate compared with cedilanid,which indicates that amiodarone can effectively reverse atrial fibrillation and improve cardiac function,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
