基于非参数秩检验的班风对成绩的影响研究

摘　　要：大学班级的班风可以反映班级的整体风貌与个性特点,对班级的未来发展有着导向作用,好的班风对大学生的成长也具有促进作用。成绩是学生学习效果的体现,本文应用非参数检验中的符号检验和Wilcoxon符号秩检验对班级与成绩的关系进行了分析,结果表明学生成绩与班级、年级因素关系显著。并在此基础上,分别针对学校、辅导员老师、班委及学生本身提出相关建议,旨在营造优良班风,以班风促学风。The class atmosphere of a university class can reflect the overall scene and characteristics of the class,and play a guiding role in the future development of it.Also,excellent class atmosphere has positive effect on the students'growth.What's more,performance is the embodiment of students'learning outcome.In this paper,the relationship between class and performance is analyzed by using Sign Test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.The results showed that there is a significant relationship between students'performance and class and grade factors,and on this basis,to create an excellent class atmosphere and promote style of study,relevant suggestions are put forward for the school,counselors,class committees and students themselves.
