摘 要:目的:探讨应用四维超声xPlane技术评估中晚孕期胎儿左心室收缩功能的价值。方法:选取深圳市龙岗区第二人民医院门诊的正常胎儿102例,应用四维超声xPlane技术和二维超声凸阵探头分别采集胎儿左心室双幅同步运动的心尖四腔、两腔切面视频。用双平面Simpson法测量左心室舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、射血分数(EF)和每搏输出量(SV)。结果:xPlane法和二维法的单组视频平均采集时间分别为(10.69±8.52)、(35.14±29.59)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2种方法所测EDV、ESV、EF、SV值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2种方法所测EDV、ESV、SV的值与孕周正相关,EF与孕周不相关。结论:四维超声xPlane双平面Simpson法可用于评估胎儿左心室的收缩功能。Objective:To explore the value of four-dimensional ultrasound x-Plane technique in evaluating fetal left ventricular systolic function in middle and late pregnancy.Methods:A total of 102 normal fetuses were selected from the outpatient department of Longgang District Second People’s Hospital of Shenzhen.Fourdimensional ultrasound xPlane technique and two-dimensional ultrasound convex array probe were used to collect apical four-chamber and two-chamber view videos of the left ventricle synchronous movement.Left ventricular end-diastolic volume(EDV),end-systolic volume(ESV),ejection fraction(EF)and stroke output(SV)were measured by two-plane Simpson’s method.Results:The average video acquisition time of xPlane method and two-dimensional method was(10.69±8.52)s and(35.14±29.59)s,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in EDV,ESV,SV and EF between the two methods(P>0.05).EDV,ESV and SV values measured by the two methods were positively correlated with gestational weeks,EF was not correlated with gestational weeks.Conclusion:Four-dimensional ultrasound xPlane biplane-Simpson’s method can be used to evaluate fetal left ventricular systolic function.
