发展我国本土特色的社区报:内容、形式和职能

摘　　要：我国的社区报已走过近二十年历程,但仍然面临性质不明确、定位不清晰和发展方向模糊等问题。文章梳理了我国社区报的发展现状并与美国相比较,指出美国经验并不适用于我国社区报的发展;在此基础上,通过厘清我国居民社区的“生活共同体”性质,从内容、形式和职能三个方面提出我国社区报本土化发展的应然路径,即以新型社区新闻和文化知识为内容,采用纸本与新媒体相结合的发行形式,发挥政教宣传与民生服务并重的职能。China’s community newspapers have gone through the course of nearly 20 years,but still face the problems of unclear nature,unclear positioning and vague development direction.This paper summarizes the development status of China’s community newspapers and compares them with the United States,pointing out that the American experience does not apply to the development of China’s community newspapers.Community residents in our country on this basis,by clarifying the nature of“life community”,from the aspects of content,form and function of the three ought to be reported to the local community development in China is path,i.e.,according to the new community news and cultural knowledge as the content,the paper combined with the new media form of distribution,exert the function of political propaganda and service of the people’s livelihood.
