摘 要:目的:研究TRX悬吊练习对竞技游泳运动员的躯干核心区4个主要肌群的AEMG激活强度,旨在为游泳运动员科学地进行TRX练习提供一定的参考依据。方法:选择18名男子一级和二级游泳运动员为受试对象,运用Mega6000表面肌电测试系统,对受试者在23种TRX练习中的腹直肌、腹外斜肌、竖脊肌和多裂肌4个肌群进行表面肌电测试,计算受试肌群的肌电振幅平均值(A EMG)。通过聚类,将23种TRX练习分为4类,然后在平面直角坐标图上绘制TRX练习中各肌群的AEMG值图形,并计算图形面积。结果:第1类和第3类TRX练习同属于以竖脊肌和多裂肌发力为主的练习,且第1类TRX练习对躯干区肌群的刺激强度高于第3类;第2类和第4类TRX练习同属于以腹外斜肌和腹直肌发力为主的练习,且第4类练习对躯干区肌群的刺激强度高于第2类。结论:23种TRX练习对躯干核心区4个肌群的AEMG值范围为腹直肌1%~82%,腹外斜肌1%~69%左右,竖脊肌3%~55%左右,多裂肌2%~52%。TRX练习对腹部肌群的刺激强度值包括低、中、高水平,对背部肌群的刺激强度值处在中、低水平;计算坐标图面积能够清晰直观地表示出TRX各动作对躯干区肌群的刺激程度;无固定支撑以及与游泳专项训练联系的紧密性是TRX练习应用于游泳训练的重要特征;教练员和运动员应遵循运动训练原则将TRX练习应用于游泳专项训练中。The purpose of this paper is to test and analysis the AEMG activity of trunk 4-core muscle group during 23 style TRX exercises in high-level swim mers,which is expected to provide some valuable reference to swimmer’sTRX training.18 healthy national level-1 and level-2 swimmers volunteered to partici pate in the study.Using Mega6000 electromyography system to test and analysis the subject’s rectus abdominis,obliquus externus abdominis,erector spinae and multifidus in 23-style TRX exercises and calculating the muscle AEMG of the subjects.23-style TRX exercises were divided into 4 clusters through the cluster analysis.Each style exercise of swimmers’trunk muscles’AEMG value was drawn on rectangular chart.The results showed that the cluster-1 and clus ter-3 were mainly focused on the development of the erector spine muscle and the multifidus muscles,and the AEMG value of cluster-1 was higher than cluster-3;the cluster-2 and cluster-4 were mainly focused on the development of the erector spine muscles and the multifidus muscles,and the AEMG value of cluster-4 was higher than cluster-2.The AEMG activity value during 23 style TRX exercises in high-level swimmers’trunk core muscle group were range from 1%~82%of the rectus abdominis,1%~69%of the obliquus externus abdominis muscle,3%~55%of the erector spine,and 2%~52%of the multifidus muscle,which covering the low intensity level to high intensity level at rectus abdominis and obliquus externus,and the low intensity level to medium intensity level at erector spinae and multifidus.By calculating the area of the rectangular chart,which is the AEMG values of subject’s abdominal muscle,obliquus externus ab dominis muscle,erector spinae muscles and multifidus muscle,the values can simply and intuitively show the stimulation of each TRX exercises to the trunk core muscle group,which coaches and swimmers can according the rectangular chart and area values to select the appropriate practices;The key characteristic of TRX exercises in swimming dryland training is that T
