摘  要:注浆法是治理高速铁路沉降病害的一种常用方法。为了解决杭长客专南昌横岗联络线G316国道框架中桥顶进掌子面细砂地层的沉降与滑坡,研发了可拼装式注浆模型试验系统,搭建了注浆流量监测系统和注浆压力监测系统,开展了粉细砂地层注浆模型试验研究。结果表明,超细水泥比水玻璃注浆结实体效果好,更适合加固粉细砂地层。从现场施工注浆量统计可以看出,选取的注浆压力和注浆材料配比满足施工要求,后期掌子面沉降和滑坡得到了遏制。设计装置系统和研究内容为后期类似注浆工程提供借鉴。Grouting is a common method to control the subsidence of high-speed railway.In order to solve the settlement and landslide of the bridge jacking into the fine sand stratum on the palm face in the frame of G316 National Highway of Henggang Nanchang Liaison Line of Hangzhou-Changsha Passenger Dedicated Company,a assembled grouting model test system was developed,a grouting flow monitoring system and a grouting pressure monitoring system were established,and the grouting model test in silty sand stratum was carried out.The results show that the effect of superfine cement is better than that of sodium silicate grouting,and it is more suitable for reinforcing silty sand stratum.From the statistics of grouting quantity in site construction,it can be seen that the grouting pressure and grouting material ratio selected meet the construction requirements,and the settlement and landslide of the palm face in the later period are restrained.The design device system and research contents can provide reference for similar grouting projects in the later stage.
