摘 要:介绍了河南省人民医院通过管理下沉、技术下沉和人员下沉式模式,建立跨区域紧密型医联体。进一步完善管理体系,实行名誉科主任制,建立县域疑难病会诊中心,共建重点学科,推进信息互联互通、人才培养、远程会诊、双向转诊等举措。提升新蔡县人民医院诊治水平、管理水平和患者就医满意度,降低患者外转率等。新蔡模式得到政府、群众和医务人员三方满意,为深化公立医院改革提供了借鉴。The paper introduced the establishment of cross-regional compact hospital alliance through management subsidence,technology subsidence and personnel subsidence.Management system was improved,honorary depart ment director system was performed,county-level difficult and complicated disease consultation center was estab lished,and the key disciplines were built together.In this way,the information interconnection,personnel training,re mote consultation,two-way referral and other assistance measures were promoted.In Xincai People’s Hospital,the diagnosis and treatment level,management level and patient satisfaction were improved,and the patients’turnover rate was reduced.Xincai trusteeship model has received recognition and acceptance from the government,patients and medical personnel,which provides suggestions and countermeasures for deepening the reform of public hospitals.
