摘 要:在环保和经济运行的压力下,利用电厂历史/实时运行数据提升脱硫系统运行效果和智能管理水平,具有重要工程实践意义。本文以湿法脱硫系统为例,借助厂级监控信息系统的大数据平台,建立脱硫工况的成本评价判据,采用脱硫系统历史运行数据实现低成本工况的自动筛选,指导优化脱硫系统实时运行。采用某机组脱硫系统历史运行数据进行分析,结果表明:该脱硫优化管理模型能够实现脱硫系统的定量评价,给出优化建议。在满足环保要求下,降低电厂脱硫系统运行成本,提升电厂智能管理水平。Under the pressure of environmental protection requirements and economic operation cost, using historic/realtime operation data of the power plant to improve the economic efficiency and intelligent management level of desulfurization system is of great significance for engineering application. By taking the wet desulfurization system as an example and using the large data platform with plant-level monitoring information system, this paper establishes the cost evaluation criterion of FGD conditions. Through applying the historical operating data of desulfurization system, it realizes automatic filtrating and management of the flue gas desulfurization(FGD) conditions, which can guide the optimization of real time operation of the desulphurization system. The application results show that, this optimal management model for desulfurization can provide quantitative evaluation and optimization suggestions, which is helpful to improving the FGD management level and saving operation cost for power plants on the premise of satisfying the environmental protection requirements.
