摘  要:针对现场总线在火电机组中的应用现状和应用过程中存在的问题,提出了火电机组现场总线在线监测和智能诊断的技术方案,在此基础上设计并开发了智能总线诊断仪。该智能总线诊断仪可实时监测总线报文,通过对报文进行计算、校验、分类和统计,生成主站和从站运行状态的诊断数据。实际测试及应用数据表明,智能总线诊断仪可以实时监测各从站设备,动态分析和计算总线的运行状态,为总线诊断和问题分析提供依据。To solve the problems occurred during the application of fieldbus in thermal power units, the technical schemes about fieldbus online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis are proposed. On this basis, an intelligent bus diagnostic instrument is designed and developed. This instrument can monitor and record bus frames in real time. The recorded frames are then computed, checked and classified to generate the diagnosis data of running state of the master and slave device. The actual test and application data show that, this intelligent bus diagnostic instrument can monitor each slave station equipment in real time, analyze and compute the bus running status dynamically, and provide a basis for fieldbus diagnosis and problem analysis.
