人性化老年药品包装设计评价体系的构建

摘　　要：目的针对人口老龄化背景下老年药品包装设计相对滞后的局面,构建人性化老年药品包装设计的评价体系,以优化和改善老年群体的用药体验。方法以更加关注人与物之间相互关系的事理学方法论为基础,借助"5W1H"分析法中What(对象)、Why(目的)、Where(场所)、When(时间和程序)、Who(主体)、How(方法)等多个要素系统整合老年药品包装设计中的物理、事理、人理,使老年药品包装的信息设计、结构设计、功能设计等紧紧围绕与老年人“用药”事件相关的心理、行为、情境等要素展开,提出从视觉、功能和伦理3个层面构建人性化老年药品包装的评价指标体系。结论确定了人性化老年药品包装设计评价的12项单项指标,提出了基于专家赋予权重的模糊综合评价方法及其计算方式。The work aims to construct the evaluation system on humanized medicine packaging design for the elderly to optimize and improve the experience of drug use in the elderly population,with respect to the medicine packaging design for the elderly that is relatively lagging behind under the background of population aging.Based on the methodology of science of human affairs with more emphasis on the correlation between man and things,the facts on medicine packaging design were systematically integrated from the view of objects,events and people with the aid of"5W1H"analysis method(What,Why,Where,When,Who and How),making the information design,structural design and functional design of the elderly medicine packaging closely related to the psychological,behavioral and situational factors related to the"drug use"event of the elderly,so as to propose to construct the evaluation index system of the humanized medicine packaging for the elderly from vision,function and ethics.12 single indexes for evaluation on humanized medicine packaging design for the elderly are determined,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the weight given by experts and its calculation method are proposed.
