摘 要:为研究水、肥对楸叶泡桐苗期生长及生物量的影响,优化楸叶泡桐苗期培育方式,以1年生楸叶泡桐组培苗为研究对象,设置4种水肥处理方式:田间持水量≥80%且复合肥100 g/30 d(T1),复合肥100 g/30 d(T2),田间持水量≥80%(T3),对照(不施肥、不灌溉,CK),并对不同处理方式下的楸叶泡桐苗期主要生长性状和不同器官的生物量进行测定。结果表明:4种不同处理下,楸叶泡桐胸径、苗高及各器官的生物量均呈现出T1>T3>T2>CK,且T1处理下各参数均显著高于其他处理(P<0.05),说明适宜的水肥对楸叶泡桐苗期生长具有显著的协同效应;T3处理楸叶泡桐苗期地上、地下、总生物量均大于T2处理,表明与肥料相比,水分对楸叶泡桐生物量积累的影响更大。楸叶泡桐苗期各生长指标与生物量之间呈显著正相关,说明根系提供的水肥是楸叶泡桐苗期生长的关键条件,可为楸叶泡桐苗期水肥管理提供技术指导。In order to investigate the effects of water,fertilizer on the seeding growth and biomassof Paulownia catalpifolia,and optimize the cultivation methods of Paulownia catalpifolia seedling stage,was the annual Paulownia catalpifolia of tissue culture seedling as the research object,set up four different waterand fertilizer treatments:the field capacity is≥80%and compound fertilizer is 100g/30 d(T1),compound fertilizer is 100 g/30 d(T2),the field capacity is≥80%(T3),the control(no fertilizer and water,CK),and measured the main growth traits and biomass of different organs of Paulownia catalpifolia under different treatments.The results showed that the diameter at breast height(DBH),seedling height and biomass of each organ under different treatments all showed T1>T3>T2>CK,and the parameters under T1 treatment were significantly higher than those of other treatments(P<0.05),which indicated that the suitable water and fertilizer had significant synergistic effect on the seedling growth of Paulownia catalpifolia.The overground part,underground part and total biomass of Paulownia catalpifolia at seedling stage treated under T3 treatment were higher than that of T2 treatment,which indicated that the effect of water on the biomass accumulation of Paulownia catalpifolia was greater than that of fertilizer.There was a significant positive correlation between the growth indexes and biomass of Paulownia catalpifolia at seedling stage,and which indicated that the water and fertilizer provided by roots were the key conditions for the seedling growth of Paulownia catalpifolia.This study can provide the technical guidance for the water and fertilizer management in seedling stage of Paulownia catalpifolia.
