摘  要:为快速高效求解有源配电网动态无功优化问题,本文提出了一种计及分布式电源无功调整能力的多阶段无功协调调度策略。首先,利用二阶锥松弛技术,将支路潮流方程进行凸化松弛,使原始非凸非线性的优化模型转化为混合整数二阶锥规划问题;其次,基于预优化-粗优化-精优化的多阶段协调调度策略对其进行求解;然后,基于改进的IEEE 33节点配电算例,验证了所提策略可以在实现分布式电源最大化消纳的情况下,达到节能降损、改善电压水平的目的;最后,基于多种测试算例,验证了所提求解方法在保证求解精度的基础上,能够大幅度提高求解效率。To fast and efficiently solve the dynamic reactive power optimization problem with the active distribution net?work,a novel multi-stage reactive power coordinated dispatching strategy is proposed with the consideration of reactive power adjustment capability of distributed generation(DG).First,by means of the second-order cone relaxation(SOCR)technology,the branch flow equations are convexized and relaxed to transform the original non-convex and non-linear optimization model into a mixed integer second-order cone programming(SOCP).Then,based on the multistage coordinated dispatching strategy of pre-optimization,coarse-optimization and fine-optimization,MISOCP is solved.Finally,numerical tests on a modified IEEE 33-bus system demonstrate that under the premise of realizing the maximum acceptance capacity of DG,the proposed strategy achieves the purposes of energy-saving,loss reduction,and improvement in voltage level.Moreover,the results of multiple test examples show that the proposed method can greatly improve the solving efficiency on the basis of ensuring the solving accuracy.
