摘 要:针对主动配电网动态状态估计受随机测量丢失影响的问题,本文设计了一种鲁棒递推滤波方法,以减轻状态估计精度对量测数据丢失的敏感度。首先,建立了合适的状态预测方程以及满足伯努利分布的随机性测量丢包模型。在处理系统的非线性问题时,不同于省略线性化误差的传统近似化方法,本文在算法推导中保留了非线性测量的线性化误差,并将其视为不确定且有界的,以此来提高估计性能。然后,最小化误差协方差上界,从而得到滤波所需的最优增益。最后,利用IEEE13节点配网系统对本文所提出算法进行仿真测试,证明了所提动态估计算法的有效性。Aiming at the problem that the dynamic-state estimation of active distribution network will be affected by ran?dom missing measurements,a robust recursive filtering method is designed in this paper to reduce the sensitivity of state estimation accuracy with respect to the missing measurement data.First,a suitable state prediction equation and a model of random missing measurements satisfying the Bernoulli distribution are established.Different from the tradition?al approximation methods that ignore the linearization errors,when dealing with the system’s non-linear problem,the proposed method saves the linearization errors existing in the non-linear measurement and treats them as uncertain and bounded,thus improving the estimation performance.Then,the upper bound for error covariance is minimized so as to obtain the optimal gain required by filtering.Finally,simulation tests are carried out on an IEEE 13-bus distribution system using this algorithm,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed dynamic-state estimation algorithm.
