摘  要:本文采集20名健康青年男性志愿者在躯干屈曲伸展、侧屈、旋转以及不同前倾角度运动时腰部竖脊肌与多裂肌的sEMG信号,分析其特征参数AEMG的变化特征,以探讨不同方式的躯干运动对腰部竖脊肌和多裂肌平均肌电(AEMG)的影响.结果表明:躯干伸展过程中腰部竖脊肌和多裂肌的AEMG值均大于屈曲过程(P<0.05),提示向心运动对腰部肌肉的激活程度较离心运动大;躯干由直立向一侧旋转时腰部多裂肌的激活程度存在显著的对侧增强效应;躯干前倾至45°与65°角位置时腰部竖脊肌和多裂肌其激活程度均高于其它角度.Taking 20 healthy young male volunteers as the objects,the sEMG signal of their lumbar multifidus and erector spinae during the different trunk motions like trunk forward flexion and extension,lateral bending and axial rotationwas observed,the linear parameter AEMG was analyzed,and the effects of different trunk motions on the AEMG of lumbar multifidus and erector spinae were discussed.The results suggested that the AEMG in extension was higher than flexion(P<0.05),the activationdegree of concentric exercise was strongerthan eccentric exercise.When the trunk rotated from upright to one side,the activation degree of the opposite side of the lumbar multifidus was higher than the same side,when the trunk forward to 45 degrees and 65 degrees,the activation degree of these lumbar muscleswas higher than that of other angles.
