摘　　要：竹叶柴胡为伞形科柴胡属植物,是药用柴胡重要来源之一,在我国许多地区具有丰富的野生和种植资源。竹叶柴胡的次生代谢物主要包括皂苷、黄酮、木脂素、挥发油和多糖类等,药理作用主要有抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、抗病毒和抗肿瘤等。本课题组对竹叶柴胡化学成分和药理活性的研究进行综述,为竹叶柴胡的进一步开发利用提供依据。Bupleurum marginatum(B.marginatum),belongs to Umbeliferae family and Bupleurum genus,is one of the most impor?tant sources of medicinal Bupleurum.This species is rich in wild and cultivated resources in China.The secondary metabolites of B.marginatum mainly include saponins,flavonoids,lignans,volatile oils and polysaccharides.Its pharmacological effects include anti?inflammatory,anti?oxidant,anti?microbial,anti?viral,and anti?tumor activities.In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmaco?logical effects of B.marginatum were summarized to provide the basis for the development and utilization of B.marginatum.
