摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病足高危病人疾病不确定感和足部自护行为的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法抽取2017年1—12月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属武汉中心医院就诊的191例糖尿病足高危病人,采用一般资料调查表、Mishel疾病不确定感量表和诺丁汉足部护理评估量表进行问卷调查。结果共回收有效问卷183份。糖尿病足高危病人足部自护行为总分为(46.85±8.71)分;不确定感量表总分为(78.82±6.42)分;糖尿病足高危病人的疾病不确定感与足部自护行为得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.472,P<0.05;β=-0.472,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足高危病人的疾病不确定感程度越高,其足部自护行为水平越低。糖尿病足高危病人临床医护人员应采取合理措施降低病人的疾病不确定感,进而提升其足部自护行为水平。Objective To explore the relationship between uncertainty in illness and foot self?care behavior in patients with high?risk diabetic foot.Methods A total of 191 patients with high?risk diabetic foot who were admitted to The Central Hospital of Wu?han Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science&Technology from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected by convenient sampling method and surveyed with questionnaires using the general data questionnaire,Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS),and Nottingham Assessment of Functional Footcare(NAFF).Results A total of 183 valid questionnaires were collected.The NAFF total score of patients with high?risk diabetic foot was(46.85±8.71)points.The MUIS total score was(78.82±6.42)points.The uncertainty in illness of patients with high?risk diabetic foot was significantly negatively correlated with the score of foot self?care behavior(r=-0.472,P<0.05;β=-0.472,P<0.05).Conclusions The higher the degree of uncertainty in illness in patients with high?risk diabetic foot,the lower the level of foot self?care behavior.The clinical staff should take appro?priate measures to reduce the patient’s uncertainty in illness and improve their level of foot self?care behavior.
