化痰活血通络方对支气管哮喘患者临床症状、炎性因子以及肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究化痰活血通络方对支气管哮喘患者临床症状、炎性因子以及肺功能的影响。方法选取2017年4月-2018年4月收治的104例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,按治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组在对症治疗基础上予以阿奇霉素;观察组在对照组基础上联合化痰活血通络方治疗。比较2组治疗前后最大呼气峰流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV 1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV 1/FVC以及白介素-2(IL-2)、IL-6、IL-10水平,比较治疗后2组的临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、支气管哮喘复发以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FEV 1、PEF、FEV 1/FVC水平都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-2、IL-6水平较对照组均有明显下降,IL-10水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。观察组哮鸣音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、气促消失时间、喘憋消失时间均明显少于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化痰活血通络方治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者肺功能,并降低炎性因子水平。Objective To investigate effects of Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors and lung function of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 104 patients with bronchial asthma admitted during April 2017 and April 2018 were divided into control group and observation group(n=52 in each group)according to therapeutic methods.Control group was treated with Azithromycin on the basis of symptomatic treatment,while observation group was supplemented with Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on the basis of treatment for control group.In two groups,levels of peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV 1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV 1/FVC interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)before and after treatment were compared,and clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,recurrence of bronchial asthma and incidence rate of adverse reactions after treatment were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of FEV 1,PEF and FEV 1/FVC in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);in observation group,levels of IL-2 and IL-6 were significantly decreased,while IL-10 level was significantly increased compared with those in control group(P<0.05).In observation group,disappearance times of wheezing sound,cough,shortness of breath and dyspnea were significantly shorter,and recurrence rate was significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma may achieve good curative effect,effectively improve lung function and reduce level of inflammatory factors.
