超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合注射除皱治疗对皮肤老化患者面部老化改善程度分析

摘　　要：目的:研究超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合注射除皱治疗对皮肤老化患者面部老化改善。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年3月的58例患者。按照随机数表法分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=28),对照组采用注射除皱治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,采用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗。观察两组治疗疗效情况,皮肤老化评分,不良反应总发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组[93.33%(28/30)vs 64.28%(18/28)](P<0.05;皮肤老化评分显著低于对照组[(0.98±0.30)分vs(4.26±1.03)分](P<0.05);不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组[13.33%(4/30)vs 39.28%(11/28)](P<0.05)。结论:超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合注射除皱治疗对皮肤老化患者的临床效果显著,可改善患者皮肤老化状态,恢复光泽,改善皱纹,缩小毛孔等,不良反应少,安全可靠。Objective:To study improvement of facial aging in patients with skin aging treated by ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser combined with wrinkle reduction by injection.Methods:58 patients from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=28)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with wrinkle reduction by injection,while the observation group was treated with super pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,skin aging score and total incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:After treatment,The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group[93.33%(28/30)vs 64.28%(18/28)](P<0.05).Skin aging score was significantly lower than that of control group[(0.98±0.30)scores vs(4.26±1.03)scores](P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group[13.33%(4/30)vs 39.28%(11/28)](P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser combined with injection wrinkle-removing therapy has remarkable clinical effect on skin aging patients.It can improve skin aging status,restore gloss,improve wrinkles,shrink pores,etc.,with fewer adverse reactions and is safe and reliable.
