藏药唐古特乌头总生物碱的LD50及心血管活性研究

摘　　要：用改良寇氏法(Karber)测定了唐古特乌头总生物碱腹腔注射给药的半数致死量LD 50;以SD大鼠为药理实验对象,考察SD大鼠血压变化确定唐古特乌头总生物碱的心血管活性。结果表明,唐古特乌头总生物碱腹腔注射的LD 50为0.340 4 g·kg^-1,置信系数α=0.05时的置信区间为0.2895 g·kg^-1≤LD 50≤0.3913 g·kg^-1;对SD大鼠血压测量结果显示,唐古特乌头总生物碱具有平稳的降压作用,降压速度较为平缓。表明,藏药唐古特乌头总生物碱的急性毒性较小,属小毒;且具有一定的心血管活性。We determined the LD 50 of total alkaloids from Aconitum tanguticum(Maxim.)Stapf by intraperitoneal injection according to improved Karber′s method.Furthermore,using SD rats as pharmacological experiment objects,we investigated the blood pressure changes in SD rats to ensure the effect of total alkaloids from Aconitum tanguticum(Maxim.)Stapf on cardiovascular activity.The results show that LD 50 is 0.340 4g·kg^-1,and the confidence interval is 0.2895 g·kg^-1≤LD 50≤0.3913 g·kg^-1 when the confidence coefficientαis 0.05.The blood pressure measurement results of SD rats show that total alkaloids from Aconitum tanguticum(Maxim.)Stapf have a stable antihypertensive effect,and the antihypertensive speed is relatively gentle.Total alkaloids from Aconitum tanguticum(Maxim.)Stapf have low acute toxicity that belong to small toxicity,and which have certain cardiovascular activity.
