摘 要:以木焦油和甲醛为原料、对甲苯磺酸为催化剂制备了木焦油树脂,然后与酚醛树脂复配,并加入硅烷偶联剂配制成复合固砂剂。通过FTIR和热重分析对木焦油树脂结构进行了表征,并对复合固砂剂的固砂性能进行了考察。结果表明,优化复合固砂剂配方为:木焦油树脂与酚醛树脂质量比4∶1、10%固化剂、1%偶联剂ND-42,制得的固结岩心在300℃水蒸气下恒温12 h后的抗压强度达到3.85 MPa,渗透率为1.22μm^2,且具有较强的抗酸、抗盐及耐高温性能,能满足高温出砂井的防砂要求。Using wood tar and formaldehyde as raw materials,and p-toluene sulfonic acid as a catalyst,we prepared wood tar resin.Then it was compounded with phenolic resin and silane coupling agent to prepare a complex sand consolidation agent.Moreover,we characterized the structure of wood tar resin by FTIR and thermogravimetric analysis,and investigated the sand consolidation property.The results indicate that the optimized formula of complex sand consolidation agent can be determined as follows:the mass ratio of wood tar resin to phenolic resin of 4∶1,the curing agent of 10%,and the coupling agent ND-42 of 1%.The compression strength of obtained consolidating body core is 3.85 MPa and the permeability is 1.22μm ^2 after it is cured at a constant temperature of 300℃in steam atmosphere for 12 h.The complex sand consolidation agent has the characteristics of acid-tolerance,salt resistance,and high temperature resistance,which can satisfy the requirements of sand consolidation in high-temperature sand wells.
